It's possible to characterize the hydric and trophic levels of a forest site by observing its flora. It's even a long-standing practice among foresters. But this exercise requires expertise that not everyone has. The PhytoSpy web application replaces this human expertise with artificial intelligence algorithms: the user encodes a floristic survey and the hydric and trophic levels, as defined in the Fichier Ecologique des Essences, are predicted automatically.
